1990

Founded in France

Ballıoğlu Construction was founded in France in 1990, entirely with its own capital.
1991-1995

800 Residences in France

During the France period, over 800 residences were produced to European standards. The project files and construction site photos of the period are preserved in the company archive.
1996-2010

Commerce alongside construction in France.

We undertook the main distribution of the Ülker, Sırma, and Malatya Pazarı brands in France. Turkey's leading brands chose Ballıoğlu to represent them in the European market.
2011

Return to Thrace

We brought the experience we acquired in France to Turkey and commenced operations in Thrace. Our new Çorlu-based period began this year.
2012

4 Mevsim Residences Çorlu

We completed the 96-apartment 4 Mevsim Residences in Çorlu. We offered residence comfort in Çorlu with its privately secured parking garage, environmentally friendly technological equipment, and children's playground.

2013

4 Mevsim Residences Kırklareli

We carried the success of 4 Mevsim Residences to Kırklareli. With modern construction techniques and our professional team, we brought to life one of Kırklareli's distinguished residential projects.

2014

Paristanbul

The construction of our Paristanbul project, consisting of 2+1 and 3+1 residences in Çorlu, continued. Taking its name from Paris and Istanbul, the project brought the construction mindset we brought from France to Çorlu.

2015

Ballıoğlu Business Center

In 2015, we commenced the Ballıoğlu Business Center project in Çorlu. We designed a modern business center that will take its place in the city's skyline with its glass facade, prestigious lobby, and indoor parking. With this project, we demonstrated our assertiveness in commercial buildings alongside residential ones.

2017

Paristanbul Residences are completed

We completed Paristanbul Residences, consisting of 5 blocks and 120 apartments, and delivered them to their owners.

2019

Ballıoğlu Business Center is completed

We completed Çorlu's tallest business tower, Ballıoğlu Business Center. Consisting of 84 offices and 11 shops, the business center took its place in the city's skyline with its daytime grandeur and nighttime illumination.

2020

Ballıoğlu Industrial Estate

We completed the Ballıoğlu Industrial Estate in Kırklareli Lüleburgaz. With its strong infrastructure and modern architecture, we established a working environment where industrialists can focus solely on their business.

2021

Casa Mia

We brought the Casa Mia project to life in Çorlu Önerler. With its low-rise structure and design reminiscent of a small neighborhood, we brought together the traditional neighborhood culture with modern architecture.

2022

The foundation of Perla Casa has been laid

We have commenced the construction of our Perla Casa project in Çorlu Hürriyet Neighborhood, featuring indoor and outdoor pools, social areas, and various apartment options ranging from 2+1 to 4+1.

2023

Paristanbul 2 is completed

We have completed our Paristanbul 2 project in Çorlu Rumeli Neighborhood, consisting of 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 apartments as a continuation of Paristanbul.

2024

Suite 24

We completed our Suite 24 project in Çorlu Hürriyet Neighborhood and delivered it to its owners.

2025

Perla Casa 2

With Perla Casa 2, a continuation of Perla Casa, we have started constructing a new living space in Çorlu Hürriyet Neighborhood. It stands out with social amenities such as an indoor parking garage, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a sauna, and a fitness center.

WEST – Silivri

We launched our WEST project in Istanbul Silivri, consisting of 56 apartments and 14 commercial units across 2 blocks. We brought our experience in Thrace to Istanbul.
